Hello ladies! You may have read a lot of perfume reviews which are technical, reviews that talk of scent composition, notes and sillage in detail.

But the scents I’m going to talk about today are purely on the basis of their fragrance and how happy they make me feel.

1. Elie Saab Le Parfum

My all-time favourite, the original Elie Saab parfum smells like summer. It’s a scent that will remind you of blooming flowers, the woods, fairytales and summer romance. I could wear this woody floral scent everyday. It makes me feel beautiful and feminine.

Notes: orange blossom, jasmine, rose, cedarwood, honey.

2. Burberry Eau de Parfum

My current favourite is the classic eau de parfum from Burberry. There is something very classic and elegant about this scent. This perfume can be worn throughout the day. It is a warm and comforting fragrance, and has a rich and sensual tone. This fragrance in one word is very ‘British’.

Notes: black current, green apple, cedar wood, sandalwood, musk, vanilla.

3. Jean Paul Gaultier Classique

This is the fragrance that’ll fetch you compliments by the dozen. It’s a timeless perfume; intense, warm and seductive. This scent will make you feel glamourous and confident. This is ideally an evening fragrance.

Notes: vanilla, ginger, orange blossom.
